Support Engineer
I’ve been a Support Engineer with B2BGateway www.b2bgateway.net for 7 years and feel I have a pretty good idea of what the position entails, but it’s still pretty difficult to explain. The role requires a person who is outgoing, open-minded, creative, technical-minded, motivated and slightly spontaneous. At the same time, being an SE, you have to care about your customers, take the time to get to know them, and understand that they have deadlines to meet and depend on B2BGateway to make their business gel. To be good at any job, you have to take ownership over it and your customers. The reason B2BGateway www.b2bgateway.net is such a great company, is because of the people who work for it.
